Cross Country Education is seeking passionate Speech-Language Pathologists to join our team in helping every child find their voice for a school district in Sebring, FL during the 2026–2027 school year. Hybrid Schedule Available: 3–4 days in-person and 1–2 days virtual Position Overview: Conduct evaluations to identify, assess, and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders within a school-based setting. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), ensuring goals are measurable and aligned with student needs. Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy services, adapting techniques to support various age groups and developmental levels using both in-person and virtual platforms. Maintain accurate documentation and track student data to adjust treatment plans and communicate progress effectively to educators and families. Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active Florida State Speech Language Pathology (SLP) License and FLDOE Certification Prior experience with school-based therapy practices Why Make a Move with Cross Country Education?
