Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while communicating with staff, students, and visitors. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout campus buildings, parking areas, walkways, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions. Monitor access points and visitor activity, provide directions and assistance, and document security-related concerns, incidents, and/or policy violations.
