Position Title: Small Group Training Coach Location: Delnor Health & Fitness Center Type: Part Time ($20-$30/hr) Summary: We improve life and we’re here to serve. Our facility is managed by Power Wellness Management, a company that specializes in managing state-of-the-art medically integrated health and fitness centers. The purpose of the Small Group Training Coach is to provide coaching and instruction for all Small Group Training Sessions. Provide the highest level of programming and customer service to members and guests of the facility. Provide long-term planning and marketing for Small Group Training. Responsibilities: 1. Review all Health History Questionnaire and Physician approval documents. 2. Instruct individual, partner and small group training sessions to members and guests of varying fitness levels. 3. Must teach group exercise classes to drive engagement. 4. Train within standard guidelines of specialty certifications. 5. Understand contraindicated exercises providing a safe and effective approach to exercise. 6. Assess client’s fitness level and appropriately design a training program taking their medical history and fitness goals into consideration for a safe and effective approach to exercise. 7. Respond to and schedule all requests for personal training services. 8. Provide suggestions for new programs that promote and contribute to the growth of personal training services for the members and community. 9. Maintain industry certification in good standing and meet continuing education requirements. 10. Demonstrate accountability to schedule by starting and ending sessions on time, and avoiding missed sessions. 11. Contribute to the ma
