This role offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with students, families, and support teams while helping students achieve their individual goals. What You’ll Do Provide specialized instruction and behavioral support for students with moderate to severe disabilities. Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Serve as case manager and facilitate IEP meetings. Assess student progress and monitor academic, behavioral, and developmental growth. Maintain accurate student records and compliance documentation. Collaborate with families, administrators, service providers, and multidisciplinary teams. Implement instructional strategies, interventions, accommodations, and support plans. Train and supervise classroom paraprofessionals and support staff. Participate in team meetings and contribute to student success plans. What You Need Bachelor’s degree and completion of credential requirements. Education Specialist Instruction Credential – Moderate/Severe Disabilities or equivalent Special Education credential.
