This role is pivotal for those who are passionate about contributing to the education and development of preschool-aged children within our community. The position is not eligible for remote work and requires a hands-on approach to facilitate a nurturing and educational environment that respects and promotes the tribe’s cultural heritage.As a Teacher’s Aide I, you will play a crucial supportive role to our preschool teachers by aiding in daily classroom activities and ensuring the well-being and developmental progress of our children. Your contributions will be directly impactful in creating a safe, engaging, and enriching environment that fosters learning and growth for our young ones in alignment with the Tribe’s educational goals and standards.Duties and ResponsibilitiesFacilitate the service of nutritious meals and snacks to the participants of the Preschool, maintaining high standards of sanitation and nutrition.Ensure strict adherence to sanitation standards during and after each snack or meal service.Assist in managing the classroom environment alongside the Preschool teachers, contributing to teaching and learning activities as required.Build and maintain positive, nurturing relationships with Preschool youth, creating a supportive and safe environment.Supervise students during rest periods to ensure a quiet and restful environment conducive to relaxation and wellbeing.Engage children in activities that promote physical, social, emotional, and intellectual growth.Create and maintain a clean, orderly, and inviting learning environment.Attend to the children’s personal needs and assist them in developing self-care and independence skill…
