We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Trainer (Production) to join our company and support our Rushville, Indiana location. As a Technical Trainer (Production) for Corteva Agriscience, you will provide training to employees to ensure they all have a thorough understanding of Corteva’s safety and quality standards and are able to apply that learning to their daily responsibilities. You will be responsible for all aspects of the technical training requirements, including the development of new training materials, maintaining the training calendar, facilitating engaging hands-on training, and coordinating training events.VISA Sponsorship is not available for this position.Relocation assistance is not offered for this position.This role will be on-site at the Corteva location.What You’ll Do:Execute site training on the following topics: Safety, Health & Environment, Continuous Improvement, Quality System, and Process documentationLead training and related communication, credibility, enthusiasm, and energyApply adult learning theory techniques to deliver engaging and effective training programs. Utilize evaluation methods and ensure content accuracy is maintainedAssists with writing JSAs (Job Safety Analysis), SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) & track related training requirementsLead training administration activities, including course assignments, tracking completions, documents, and reportsWelcome and onboard new employees and contractors to ensure a thorough understanding of Corteva policies and proceduresConduct field and plant auditsMaintain a strong shop floor presence to build relationships with the team and work to continuously improve overall site operationsAct as liaison with contract labor a…
