What You’ll Do In this role, you will help shape the foundation of a child’s early learning journey by: Creating and implementing engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans Supporting children’s social, emotional, and academic development through daily routines Maintaining a safe, organized, and positive classroom environment Observing and documenting developmental progress and milestones Guiding positive behavior and supporting classroom transitions Communicating effectively with families about student growth and needs Collaborating with co-teachers and school leadership to ensure consistency in care and instruction Maintaining accurate records including attendance, reports, and incident documentation Ensuring compliance with MSDE and OCC licensing requirements Participating in staff meetings and ongoing training sessions What We’re Looking For We are looking for individuals who bring patience, energy, and a genuine love for early childhood education. Required Qualifications: At least 19 years old High school diploma or equivalent
