Client Services exists to make working with Maiden Home feel thoughtful, calm, and confident — especially when things are complex, emotional, or don’t go as planned. We are looking for an ambitious and talented Client Advisor to provide world-class consultation and support to our Consumer & Trade clientele. Our ideal candidate will champion the Maiden Home brand, develop long-lasting relationships through clienteling, and use taste and judgement in problem solving our clients complex design and product inquiries. This is a highly dynamic and cross-functional role that will gain visibility into the inner workings of a high growth luxury brand. Over time, our goal is for this person to develop product and business expertise and rise within the company based on performance and interest. This position is based in our NY Headquarters in Tribeca where we work together every day in office. The Client Services team daily schedule is 9am to 6pm for supporting our live client channels.
