We are seeking a Customer Solutions Coordinator based in the Miami / Ft. Lauderdale area to support our growing Multi-Housing and Hospitality segments . This role plays a critical part in bridging sales and execution—ensuring a seamless, high-quality customer experience from initial quote through installation and beyond. This is a remote, field-based position with regular travel throughout Florida and the Southeast region . #LI-Remote As our Customer Solutions Coordinator, you will: Partner with Field Sales Reps to support active opportunities and existing accounts Help move deals forward through coordination, follow-ups, and customer communication Assist with basic design coordination, quoting, and order readiness Support on-site installation follow-up and act as a customer-facing point of contact Conduct post-install walk-throughs and basic product training with customers Identify and escalate issues early to ensure a smooth customer experience
