Your Opportunity: We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Landscape Installation Crew Leader to join our Housing department. You will be responsible for overseeing a crew of 2–5 team members to ensure the successful execution of landscape installation projects. The ideal candidate is a natural leader who excels at translating design plans into reality, maintains high quality and safety standards, and fosters a productive, motivated team environment. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership: Direct daily operations, mentor crew members on best practices, and provide ongoing performance feedback to ensure projects are completed on schedule. Project Execution: Interpret landscape architectural designs and construction plans to lead the installation of new landscapes, including planting, grading, and site preparation. Hardscape & Softscape Implementation: Manage the installation of features such as paver patios, walkways, retaining walls, and irrigation systems. Quality Control: Ensure all installations meet company quality standards and client specifications; proactively identify and resolve on-site issues.
