Compensation Breakdown Our highly competitive component pay structure is designed to reward efficiency, ensuring our drivers average $1,300 weekly : Mileage Pay: $0.43 to $0.51 per mile Short-Haul Bonus: An additional $30.00 for any loads under 90 miles Stop Pay: $15.00 for every single stop Schedule & Operations Work Week: 5-day schedules running Thursday – Monday or Friday – Tuesday . (Please note: Weekend shifts are required, and weekends off are not guaranteed). Daily Workflow: Drivers typically run 2 dedicated local runs per day. Operation Style: This is a night-driving, slip-seat account utilizing shared, well-maintained equipment.
