Machine Wiring & Panel Builder Role The Machine Wiring & Panel Builder assembles and wires complex electrical control panels and integrates them into custom-built machinery. This role is essential for ensuring that all hydraulic and mechanical systems are powered and controlled accurately according to engineering specifications. Machine Wiring & Panel Builder Responsibilities Wire electrical control panels and sub-assemblies based on technical schematics and blueprints Mount components such as PLC modules, relays, transformers, and terminal blocks into enclosures Route and land wires neatly to ensure organized and functional internal panel layouts Install and wire field devices on industrial machinery, including sensors, motors, and valves Support the integration of basic hydraulic systems within custom machine builds Perform point-to-point continuity testing to verify wiring accuracy and electrical integrity Troubleshoot electrical circuits during the initial power-up and testing phases of production Maintain a clean and organized workstation in a fast-paced custom job shop environment Machine Wiring Panel Builder Reporting Relationships This position reports direct
