Job Description

Requirements Must have: – We need at least 2 years of experience in product design for web apps, SaaS products, design systems, or other complex digital products. – We are looking for a portfolio that shows strong systems thinking, solid product judgment, and polished visual execution. – We require hands-on experience with AI-assisted design or prototyping tools. – We value deep experience creating and maintaining design systems. – We expect expert-level Figma skills, including variables, component properties, Auto Layout, and strong documentation practices. – We need a clear understanding of how structured design systems support implementation across modern frontend environments. – We look for experience collaborating closely with engineers and explaining design decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences. – We value strong visual judgment, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills. – We expect excellent written and verbal communication skills. – We want a proactive, ownership-driven approach with the ability to advance projects independently. – Nice to have: experience designing data-heavy products, workflow-centric interfaces, or B2B SaaS platforms. – Nice to have: familiarity with design tokens, structured handoff formats, or system documentation standards. – Nice to have: experience designing multi-surface experiences such as web, embedded, mobile, or extension-based products.
