Product Designer UI/UX

Job Description

Requirements Must have: – Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Product Design, Graphic Design, User Experience Design, or a closely related discipline. – 4–8 years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, UI Design, or a similar field. – A robust portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work and effective problem-solving. – Advanced proficiency in Figma and contemporary design/prototyping tools. – Experience designing enterprise applications, customer portals, dashboards, and workflow-based systems. – Background in user research, usability testing, and design validation. – Strong grasp of UX design, interaction design, information architecture, visual design, and accessibility best practices. – Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling capabilities. – Proven ability to manage stakeholders and collaborate across teams. – Ability to operate independently with limited oversight. – Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. – Experience with enterprise software, operational platforms, or customer-facing applications. – Experience building and maintaining design systems and component libraries is preferred. – Experience partnering closely with engineering teams during implementation is preferred. – Experience working in both startup and enterprise settings is preferred. – Experience with Salesforce platforms and Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) is preferred. – Experience using AI-enabled design tools and workflows is preferred. – Experience supporting customer service, utility, energy, SaaS, or related industries is preferred.
