COMPENSATION RANGE Pay Range: $3,00.00 – $4,000.00 Monthly Commissions Hours: Monday – Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. JOB SUMMARY Great Floors is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Retail Sales Associate to support our Coeur d’Alene in Idaho location. In this role, you will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth while upholding our company’s high standards of service and quality. To listen to the customer, identify a solution for their flooring needs, consummate a sale and take payment for that sale per established credit policy. To facilitate all communications, logistics and other transactional items on an order, regardless of type or size, to ensure total customer satisfaction.
