Works closely with project manager for the successful execution and delivery of projects. Assignments require independent action and decision making as well as ability to supervise others. RESPONSIBILITIES: Independently performs assignments with direction from project leadership as to expected general results. Fosters and maintains a collaborative professional working relationship with the Project Leadership Team. Participates in review of project costs and budgets, adherence to schedule. Participates in team meetings to resolve project issues, and coordinate with other disciplines. May assist with negotiating fees and contracts. Develops comprehensive understanding of clients’ program requirements, standards, and policies. Communicates with client on design requirements, specs, progress reviews and final delivery. Responsible for communication with other disciplines, vendors, contractors, and consultants. Prepares 2D and 3D presentations/design drawings and build models for client/project team review. May plan, organize and manage a project team. May lead a team, mentor, and direct the work of less experience staff. May participate in professional development reviews.
