Account Manager F/M To strengthen our teams and development in the US, we are looking for an energetic Account Manager . You are energetic and want to grow our presence & business significantly. You will work in an international environment. MISSIONS Prospect new companies and win new customers. Follow existing customers and increase our business with them. Responsible for meeting and exceeding sales revenue and margin targets. Prepare quotations and carry-out commercial negotiation. Coordinate the communication between our customers and our different departments (Engineering, quality, customer service…). Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and assist in analyzing and improving customer satisfaction. Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with customers. Use, update, record all developments with prospects and customers on the CRM. Report frequently to the management about the sales results, target achievements and business opportunities. QUALIFICATIONS Significant experience in sales development. Some technical knowledge is preferred. High energy level, self-motivated and able to work without day-to-day instruction. Effective territory management skills. Internet research skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Some administrative reporting duties necessary. Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required if proven experience.
