EFY Sales, LLC – Assistant Project Manager (Kitchen & Bath Cabinetry) EFY Sales is a dynamic, NYC-based, WBE-certified supplier of kitchen & bath cabinetry, custom casework, bath accessories, and specialty items serving GCs, developers, landlords, property managers, and government agencies. Role Summary: The Assistant Project Manager (APM) supports the project management team with ordering, scheduling, and budget tracking to ensure projects meet EFY’s standards and client expectations in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment. Must-Haves: Regular access to NYC-area jobsites and our Midtown office. Immediate availability for the right candidate . Strong Plus: Kitchen & bath cabinetry experience (materials, lead times, installation coordination). Experience in related millwork/casework will also be considered. Key Responsibilities: Assist EFY’s project management team with administrative and project support tasks. Collaborate with architects, client PMs, and site supers. Help select subcontractors and delegate scopes. Track/report progress, costs, and schedules; prepare budgets, takeoffs, estimates, and timetables. Drive timely resolution of delays/issues. Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and contract requirements. Partner with leadership to improve processes and outcomes. Build and maintain professional, peer-to-peer client relationships. Support cross-department strategic initiatives. Skills & Competencies: (Ideally) direct K&B cabinet industry knowledge and construction coordination experience. Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
