Pay: Range starts at $80,080 annually (pay is calculated based on years of licensed experience) Retention Sign-on! $3,500 for part time $7,000 for full time Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm * Part time and/or Independent Contractor (IC) options also available Role Highlights Unique opportunity to support adults with Autism in-clinic and day program setting No evenings or weekends! No in-home support – all services are offered in center and occasionally in the community Collaborative team with clinical support from BCBA’s and LCSW Benefit Highlights Compensation Our compensation program includes tenure-based service increases and performance bonuses that recognize and reward high-performing team members.
