Our Company SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care Overview Job Title: Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Full-Time As a BCBA, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and supervising ABA-based treatment programs for individuals with developmental and behavioral needs. This role requires a balance of clinical expertise, strong communication skills, and a passion for making meaningful differences in clients’ lives. Responsibilities: Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans Supervise and provide ongoing training to RBTs and other team members Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams Maintain accurate documentation and data collection Travel to San Antonio, TX every 8 weeks for direct client support, team meetings, and training Qualifications: Active and current BCBA certification Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field Minimum of 1 year of experience as a practicing BCBA (preferred) Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage a remote caseload Willingness and ability to travel to San Antonio, TX every 8 weeks Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience Travel reimbursement and per diem for San Antonio visits Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Continuing education and professional development support Supportive, collaborative work environment Responsibilities Cond
