JOB SUMMARY: As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective clients. Your primary focus will be on outbound prospecting efforts to generate new sales opportunities. Salary and Compensation: · Base Salary: $55,000 annually. · Commission: Unbound commissions ranging from 5% to 20% of sales, based on performance and sales volume. The combination of a competitive base salary and performance-based commission offers significant earning potential based on individual sales success.
