This is a fantastic opportunity to join an international entertainment and media company focused on the creation, acquisition, financing, development, and commercialisation of intellectual property across film, television, digital media, music, live entertainment, and other content-driven sectors. Our client is further expanding the entertainment platform designed to develop premium content, pursue strategic partnerships, pursue investment opportunities, and create long-term value across global markets. The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team and a strategic partner to the Chief Executive Officer and Board of Directors. The CFO will be responsible for building and leading the Company’s financial organisation, supporting growth initiatives, capital allocation decisions, investment activities, and corporate development opportunities. This role requires a commercially minded executive who combines strong corporate finance expertise with a deep understanding of the economics of entertainment, media, intellectual property, and content businesses. Tasks Responsibilities: Financial Leadership and Corporate Strategy: Develop and execute the Company’s financial strategy in alignment with long-term business objectives Partner with the CEO and Board of Directors on strategic planning and growth initiatives Evaluate new business opportunities, investments, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships Provide financial insight and decision support for executive leadership Drive enterprise value creation through disciplined financial management and capital allocation Corporate Finance and Capital Markets: Lead capital raising initiatives, including debt and equity financing Build and maintain relationships with investors, banks, private equity firms, family offices, and strategic partners Structure and negotiate financing transactions Support me
