Job Description
AirSea Packing Group is seeking a client services admin w/ passion and ambition to grow. You will serve as an integral support in creating synergy between our company, services, and clients. Responsibilities: Support client managers with maintaining & developing client relationships. Support the pursuit of new clientele opportunities. Orchestrate delivery/pick-up of movables in collaboration with CSR/Warehouse staff including vendors, common carriers, and local delivery. Track/Log feedback and integrate it for discussion and possible implementation. General customer service including answering phones, directing calls and clients. Requirements: Experience/Desire to grow in the world of art, furniture, and fine art logistics. Sales/Marketing experience a plus. White Glove knowledge or background in high-end sales.
