NYC well established general contractor seeks experienced Project Managers for their growing business. healthcare/banking/SUNY/Verizon clients Plan and manage construction projects from pre-construction through completion. Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers. Monitor project progress and address delays or issues. Review contracts, drawings, specifications, and project documents. Ensure compliance with local building codes, permits, and safety regulations. Conduct site visits and project meetings. Track project costs and approve expenditures. Manage risk and implement solutions to minimize project disruptions. Communicate project status to clients, stakeholders, and senior management. Oversee quality control and ensure work meets specifications. Prepare progress reports and project documentation. Medical/401k/vision insurance plus 25 days PTO/expenses provided
