Job Description

OPPLANE Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Success Network Engineer specializing in Networking with a focus on Transport connectivity and Networking Products. As a key member of our team, you will have the responsibility as Client-facing Customer Success Network Engineer (CSE) to provide day-to-day support to various clients on multiple scenarios such as: Transport and Routing support when deploying products on Client Environment. Support on WAN technologies such as SD-WAN and IPsec VPN and routing technologies such as BGP, OSPF, MPLS etc etc. Provide support on Cloud based Deployments like VNF (Virtual Network Functions) and CNF (container Networking Functions) Handson on Packaging solutions supporting OSP(Open Stack Platform – Heat/Hot Templates) and other cloud based platforms. About role: Network infrastructure as code with Python, Ansible and Terraform. Network Management, Product deployment on Client Environment with transport, CSE for clients. The role demands excellent knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VxLAN protocols, and L2/L3 VPNs. Candidate requires good understanding of 4G LTE/5G Core, Mobile Private Networks, Candidates should be adept with network diagnostic, monitoring, and analysis tools. They must demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple projects concurrently. Strong problem-solving skills are essential to address and resolve current deployment, package and security issues and mitigate future risks effectively. Additionally, the candidate should be capable of managing and coordinating project workflows, resolving any vulnerabilities or security issues that arise, and handling troubleshooting calls efficiently.
