Position Summary The is responsible for planning, developing, and maintaining project schedules to support design and engineering deliverables. This role ensures deadlines are met, resources are allocated efficiently, and cross-functional teams remain aligned throughout project lifecycles. Key Responsibilities Scheduling & Planning Develop and maintain detailed design and engineering schedules. Sequence project tasks, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies. Integrate design schedules with overall project timelines. Monitor schedule progress and identify potential delays. Coordination & Communication Coordinate with architects, engineers, project managers, and stakeholders to gather scheduling inputs. Facilitate schedule review meetings and communicate updates. Ensure alignment between design deliverables and construction or production schedules. Track deadlines and notify teams of upcoming milestones. Resource & Workflow Management Assist in resource planning and workload distribution. Identify bottlenecks and recommend adjustments. Support workload forecasting and staffing needs. Reporting & Documentation Prepare schedule reports, dashboards, and progress updates. Maintain accurate records of schedule revisions and approvals. Provide schedule risk analysis and mitigation recommendations. Process Improvement Recommend improvements to scheduling processes and workflow efficiency. Support implementation of scheduling tools and best practices.
