Leveraging millimeter wave drilling, developed after more than a decade of research at MIT, Quaise’s mission is to make superhot geothermal a backbone of the modern energy system, offering affordable, zero-carbon power and true energy independence for communities and nations everywhere. The Director, Digital Marketing & Web Strategy will lead Quaise’s digital marketing ecosystem, website strategy, digital engagement initiatives, and marketing operations infrastructure to strengthen brand visibility, stakeholder engagement, and organizational growth. This role will oversee the development and optimization of digital platforms, campaigns, analytics, SEO strategy, content performance, and user experience initiatives that support commercialization, recruiting, investor engagement, industry visibility, and corporate communications objectives. Working closely with Marketing & Communications, investor-facing teams, recruiting, technical teams, and executive leadership, the Director will develop and execute scalable digital strategies that improve audience engagement, strengthen digital brand presence, optimize performance metrics, and support Quaise’s long-term strategic objectives. Additional responsibilities include managing digital vendors and platforms, supporting cross-functional collaboration, identifying opportunities for innovation and process improvement, and advancing initiatives that strengthen Quaise’s digital presence and operational effectiveness.
