Job Title:Engineering Construction Project Manager Location: Columbus, OH (Hybrid – Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday Onsite) Duration: 1-Year Contract (with potential extension for an additional year) Rate: $80 – $95/hr (W2) Travel: 30–40% throughout Ohio Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States now and in the future without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship. Sponsorship is not available for this position, including H-1B, F-1/OPT, CPT, TN, or other employment-based visa sponsorship. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Engineering Construction Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale gas transmission and distribution infrastructure projects. This role is responsible for managing all phases of project execution including estimating, permitting, procurement, contractor coordination, land agreements, pipeline interconnects, construction oversight, commissioning, and project closeout. The ideal candidate has a strong background in pipeline construction, utility infrastructure, and capital project management, with the ability to manage complex projects safely, efficiently, and within budget while coordinating across engineering, operations, contractors, regulators, and community stakeholders.
