Job Purpose The Engineering Manager is responsible for all Site Engineering and Maintenance activity, including all safety, quality, continuous process improvement efforts, and execution of capital projects. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, directly and indirectly, will be all Maintenance and Engineering personnel (project and process engineers). This facility has been categorized as a high hazard facility within AkzoNobel framework, as well as OSHA Process Safety Managed. This position is located in Reading, PA. Key Responsibilites As SRE (Site Responsible Engineer ) Champion the Process Safety Management Program and ensure compliance with OSHA and AkzoNobel standards. Evaluate and execute continuous process improvements and lean manufacturing initiatives. Responsible for the Capital Investments Plan for the site, prioritizing projects with all stakeholders; coordinates the implementation of projects with the HSE&S, Quality, and Production D
