You will work closely with customers to understand their unique pain-points and support the operationalization of Harmony to solve them. You will be the the lead with our Fortune 500 customers from first discovery through pilot and scale. You will identify reusable patterns and share field signal that influences the roadmap. Success in this role means owning the delivery state across workstreams. You will hold the bar on quality and pace and help Coworked learn through execution.
