This opportunity is being recruited by Staffing Proxy, a specialized recruiting partner in hearing healthcare. Position Overview MLM Hearing is seeking a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist (HIS) to support their well-established practices in Moses Lake and Ellensburg, Washington . This position is open due to the retirement of the previous owner, creating a unique opportunity to step into a stable, respected practice with deep roots in the community. The HIS will split time between both locations and work closely with a strong Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) who supports operations at each clinic. This role is ideal for a provider who values relationship-based care, community presence, and long-term patient follow-up. Candidates must be comfortable traveling between Moses Lake and Ellensburg and practicing in both locations.
