Partners is a growing organization with a development portfolio that includes approximately 1,000 units in various stages of development. Job Summary The Housing Data Analyst is responsible for providing financial and data analysis in support of the organization’s affordable housing portfolio, with a primary focus on Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) properties. This role reviews property financial statements, budgets, and audits, prepares reports and dashboards, and recommends solutions to improve the financial and operational performance of the portfolio. The Analyst also supports development activities through data preparation, financial schedules, and reporting that advance projects in the development pipeline. Key Responsibilities: Financial Analysis and Reporting Review property-level financial statements, operating budgets, and audits to assess performance and identify variances. Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial reports, schedules, and dashboards for housing and finance leadership. Monitor property and portfolio performance against budget and flag issues for leadership review. Conduct financial analysis to support cash flow, capital needs, and portfolio planning. Data Analysis and Recommendations Analyze property and portfolio data to identify trends and recommend solutions that improve financial and operational outcomes.
