Job Description Lead a team of IT resources in the tactical activities related to the design, development, testing and support of one or more applications or databases. In addition, responsible for establishing strategic direction. Understands team product offerings to effectively recommend solutions to customers, internal business partners and other IT associates.Possesses full technical knowledge of all phases of systems analysis and considers the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment. Maintains all internal team standards and ensures that team members adhere to these processes during all implementation and support activities.Participates in the creation and maintenance of pricing models used for estimating implementation and support costs.Participates in the recruiting and selection of team candidates. Provides ongoing performance assessment, feedback and coaching to team members.And communicates this to senior management as needed.Conducts performance reviews and other compensation initiatives.Prepares and delivers status reports to senior management and other project leaders. Acts as a project leader on internal team initiatives. Has budget responsibilities for their organization. • Provides tactical management of work activities to ensure deliverable dates are met with quality work that is performed within a committed cost.
