The Role AXS is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys and thrives in working with a variety of tools, languages, and architectures while building features and applications for our core ticketing systems. You will work on consumer-facing and B2B applications that can scale and handle high demand, with primary ownership of the FanSight user experience, front-end architecture, and customer-facing web platform, while collaborating across complex enterprise systems that meet our global needs. As Lead Software Engineer, you will own systems and products end-to-end for the FanSight platform, including front-end architecture and user experience strategy, balancing hands-on coding with planning and team leadership. You will align technical efforts with business and product goals, guide technical direction and team best practices, and act as the tech lead for a team of engineers working on the FanSight platform.
