The Position We are seeking a Legal Support Assistant to join our team and serve as a key support resource within a fast-paced law firm environment. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone eager to gain hands-on experience and grow within the legal profession. Key Responsibilities: In this role, you’ll support attorneys and Legal Administrative Assistants while helping maintain a professional and welcoming office environment. Responsibilities include: Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area Answer, screen, route, and respond to incoming phone calls and messages Greet, screen, and direct visitors in a professional and welcoming manner Assist with opening and closing client matters Receiv
