Description Now Hiring: Maintenance Engineering Co-Op Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 Position Overview Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Engineering Co-Op provides a hands-on learning opportunity for current college students or recent graduates pursuing an Engineering or Technical degree. This role offers practical experience in maintenance operations, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced aseptic food manufacturing environment. Working alongside experienced maintenance professionals, the Co-Op will support equipment maintenance, reliability initiatives, and improvement projects that enhance safety, quality, productivity, and operational performance while developing valuable technical and professional skills. Key Responsibilities Hands-On Maintenance Assist maintenance technicians with troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment and facility systems. Support preventive and predictive maintenance activities on manufacturing equipment. Perform equipment inspections, calibrations, and routine maintenance under supervision. Participate in safety programs including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), Confined Space Entry, and OSHA compliance activities. Assist with equipment installation, startup, and commissioning projects. Utilize the CMMS to enter, update, and close maintenance work orders. Engineering & Improvement Projects Lead assigned Co-Op projects from planning through completion, presenting recommendations and results to plant leadership. Support preventive maintenance optimization, spare parts management, and equipment reliability initiatives. Analyze maintenance performance data, including downtime, work orders, and OEE metrics, to identify improvement opportunities. Participate in Kaizen events, 5S a
