We are currently seeking a Networking Senior Analyst – Smart Hands Support to join our team in Yonkers, New York (US-NY), United States (US). Provides on-site technical support for network infrastructure, hardware installations, and data center operations through remote NOC. This role is hands-on, requiring physical tasks such as equipment installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and site-to-site travel throughout New York City and Westchester. Technicians serve as the on-site extension of the remote NOC and engineering teams, ensuring smooth operations, rapid response to issues, and accurate documentation. This is an on-site role. Only local candidates will be considered. Key Responsibilities * Provide Smart Hands support for network/server hardware (rack/stack, cabling, hardware swaps). * Troubleshoot and resolve physical connectivity issues, including cable tracing, module/port replacements, and resets. * Perform routine equipment maintenance, hardware upgrades, and emergency repairs. * Power cycling, console access setup, and module disk/power replacements as directed by remote teams. * Document work performed, maintain service logs, and update appropriate systems. * Respond to ticketing system, update tickets to track information and maintain SLAs. * Support inventory management, shipping/receiving, and site readiness tasks. * Respond to emergency situations and participate in rotating on-call schedules. * Follow safety protocols and adhere to operational procedures and change management policies. Required Qualifications * 1+ years of hands-on IT/network support or server infrastructure experience.
