Position Summary The Worship & Creative Arts Director is responsible for the worship ministries at CCC, including the main weekly worship service, additional non-Sunday worship-related events, and worship-related needs across ministries. The Director also provides ongoing discipleship to members of the worship and production teams. This is a 30-hour-per-week position. Tasks Essential Job Functions Worship Service Leadership (50%) Oversee the weekly development of the weekend worship service. Establish priorities and general patterns aligned with CCC’s overall mission, with clear focus on what and why in worship. Identify qualifications for worship leaders, song selection standards, and protocols for sound, AV, and livestream elements. Partner with the Senior Pastor and staff to plan services coordinated with sermon messages. Provide mentorship and development opportunities for gifted individuals to lead worship on Sunday mornings. Oversee the development and execution of special services for holidays and church-wide events. Team Development & Discipleship (30%) Lead team development through recruitment, rehearsal, coaching, and spiritual discipleship.
