This exciting position offers the opportunity to work outdoors while ensuring our clients’ pools are sparkling clean and inviting. Responsibilities: Assist in cleaning and maintaining residential and commercial pools. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as skimming, brushing and vacuuming pool. Help with water testing and chemical balancing to ensure safety and clarity. Learn to operate pumps, valves and filters. Communicate effectively with customers regarding services and pool care. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition. Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in pool cleaning or maintenance not required. Willingness to learn how to clean pools alone. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality service. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable transportation to get to shop in the morning. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
