Job Description

Main Duties & Responsibilities Primary Job Role Lead the design, analysis, and development of engineering solutions, including preparing calculations, specifications, drawings, and technical documentation in support of projects and operational needs. Exercise independent judgment in evaluating engineering problems, determining appropriate methodologies, and recommending solutions that align with company standards and regulatory requirements. Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., safety, quality, and industry-specific requirements) throughout the engineering design and implementation process. Serve as a technical subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders including operations, project management, sales, and field service teams. Manage or contribute to engineering projects from concept through completion, including planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and monitoring deliverables for quality and timeliness. Conduct engineering analysis and risk assessments (e.g., feasibility studies, failure mode evaluations, performance testing) to ensure reliability, safety, and cost-effectiveness of solutions. Develop and maintain engineering standards, processes, and documentation, ensuring proper version control, accuracy, and alignment with organizational requirements. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance design efficiency, reduce costs, improve quality, and implement best practices or new technologies.
