A BOUT THE ROLE Techno is seeking a Senior Project Controls Manager to support the Program Controls Division of a major regional transportation infrastructure program. This role will serve as a senior technical advisor responsible for interpreting, analyzing, and integrating project controls data across cost, schedule, risk, change management, and reporting functions to support project delivery teams and senior leadership. The ideal candidate brings a strong heavy construction background and understands how to build and maintain project controls frameworks from inception through project delivery. This individual will work closely with technical teams, package delivery managers, and executive stakeholders to translate complex project controls information into actionable insights that drive decision-making.
