We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the construction of utility-scale photovoltaic projects in the United States, based in Dallas, TX, with frequent travel to project sites. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Lead, coordinate, and fully control the execution of photovoltaic construction projects from mobilization through final handover. Direct and support Site Managers and construction teams, ensuring proper execution of all project phases (civil works, mechanical installation, electrical works, MV/HV, substations, etc.). Manage subcontractors and suppliers, including contract negotiation, follow-up, and performance control. Ensure compliance with project planning, budget, quality, safety, and environmental requirements. Review, approve, and control project budgets, measurements, cost tracking, and progress reports. Coordinate closely with clients, owners’ engineers, and internal departments (Engineering, Procurement, Logistics, Legal). Ensure full compliance with OSHA regulations, company Safety, Quality, and Environmental Management Plans. Control and manage all project documentation (drawings, permits, quality records, contracts, reports). Coordinate the transfer of the project to the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) team. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Industrial) or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience as Project Manager in utility-scale photovoltaic projects. Proven experience in the U.S. construction market (mandatory).
