About the Role As a Quality Assurance Engineer at Credigy, you’ll partner closely with Product, Engineering, and business teams to ensure the reliability, scalability, and integrity of our most critical applications and data workflows. You’ll own production support processes end-to-end — from triaging and routing service tickets to auditing SQL updates and tracing process logic through downstream systems. Success in this role means fewer surprises in production, faster feedback loops for the business, and a QA practice that’s always improving. You’ll bring strong technical instincts and even stronger communication skills, because great quality assurance means being as comfortable talking to a business stakeholder as reading through stored procedures.
