The position will be in office 5 days a week. The Manager is responsible for the full scope of Information Technology (IT) and Operations Technology (OT) services at the Pasadena manufacturing site. This role combines traditional Site IT Manager responsibilities with hands-on Operational Technology Systems (OTS) leadership, ensuring reliable, secure, and Albemarle policy compliant IT‑OT environments that directly support manufacturing, laboratory, and business operations. The position serves as the primary on‑site authority for IT and OT systems, acting as the bridge between site operations, maintenance, engineering, laboratory teams, and corporate IT. The role emphasizes manufacturing OT systems, cybersecurity, IT‑OT integration, and on‑site technical leadership while maintaining accountability for service delivery, governance, and people/vendor management.
