Sort Control Business Analyst (P3)

Job Description

Position Summary: Sort Control Business Analyst – Collaborate with Sort Operations, Sort Maintenance and IT to optimize package sorting systems to increase productivity. Duties and Responsibilities: Monitor automated sorting systems to identify sorting issues Clear understanding of the DHL CVG Hub to address auto-sort issues via radio in a timely manner Preform pre-sort checks nightly to ensure all sorting systems are ready prior to the sort operation Ability to analyze data to troubleshoot/mitigate impacts to sort operations Understanding of SATS, HMI and Mash zone dashboard Minimum Qualifications: Education: College degree or Equivalent operations experience Experience: · Strong understanding of operations, great verbal and written documentation Skills: · Proficient in SATS. · Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail to clearly communicate via DHL radio system · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. · Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication s
