Senior Staff Data Engineer (P5) Job Title: Senior Staff Data Engineer – FinOps Platform & Reporting Location: ATL / FL (Weston or Sunrise) / MA About the Role As a Senior Staff Data Engineer – FinOps Platform & Reporting, you will lead the design, development, and evolution of UKG’s Unified FinOps Platform. You will architect and build scalable cloud-native data products that transform cloud cost, billing, usage, telemetry, and operational data into trusted financial insights, forecasting models, and actionable optimization opportunities. This role is responsible for enabling accurate cloud financial governance across AWS and GCP through automated reporting, allocation, forecasting, and unit economics capabilities. You will partner closely with FinOps, Engineering, Finance, Data & Analytics, and Product teams to build the data foundation powering UKG’s FinOps 2.0 strategy and AskFinOps AI platform. Key Responsibilities Platform Architecture & Engineering Leadership Lead architecture and implementation of the Unified FinOps Data Platform.
