About The Role We are looking for a Technical Recruiter with a passion for AI and software engineering to join our People & Culture team. You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, negotiating with and closing top-tier technical talent across our AI engineering, platform, data science, and product teams. You will partner closely with company leaders and hiring managers to grow the teams that are shaping the future of enterprise AI. Responsibilities Partner with hiring teams across multiple organizations within the company to define headcount, role requirements, candidate profiles and hiring strategies for technical and non-technical positions Work with candidates through initial qualifying, interviews, offer negotiations and closing across roles ranging from early career through leadership Act as a trusted advisor to hiring teams, keeping them updated on job market and industry trends Partner closely with the sourcing team to make sure pipeline requisitions and niche positi
