Technical Trainer / Knowledge Manager - TS/SCI + CI Polygraph Required

cFocus Software seeks a Technical Trainer/Knowledge Manager to join our program supporting the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). This position is on site in the Washington DC, MD, & VA area. This position requires a TS/SCI CI Polygraph clearance. Qualifications: Active TS/SCI CI Polygraph clearance Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field with 4-12 years of technical training experience Experience developing and delivering technical training programs Proficient in instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM) Knowledge of learning management systems and e-learning authoring tools Strong presentation and facilitation skills Experience with adult learning principles and training evaluation Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts Duties: Develops and delivers technical training programs for mission applications and systems. Creates training materials including presentations, hands-on labs, videos, and quick reference guides.
