This will be determined based upon the results of the interview process which considers the candidate’s skills, work history, experience level, and other relevant qualifications. The engineering positions in Transmission & Substation Support are responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing FEU Substation Maintenance Practices and Methods, and providing engineering technical support and oversight in the areas of capital and non-capital condition budget recommendations. This entails providing technical support and subject matter equipment expertise of electrical substation safety guidelines, maintenance practices and methods, utility industry standards, and regulatory compliance requirements. This position can be located anywhere in the FE territory, with a preference of Akron, Oh, Greensburg, PA, Reading, PA, or Fairmont, WV. Responsibilities include: Provide technical guidance for Asset Health Center equipment, including transformer, circuit breaker, and battery test parameters. Examples may be investigating t
