This position offers an exciting opportunity to work as part of a team in a customer-facing, project management, and nationwide operations role. Job Summary: In this position, you will take a part of our operations team, and you will be working independently with our customers in the State of Texas and throughout the U.S. You will play a critical role as our customers revolutionize the way they inspect and monitor vital infrastructure and assets. You will be mainly working in the field and work from the Operations Hub in Midland, TX when not at a customer site. You will cooperate with the operations, engineering, sales, and marketing teams for the ultimate goal of full product adaptation and paramount customer satisfaction. Support the deployment, installation, and conduct the ongoing maintenance of Percepto’s systems at client sites. Troubleshoot, test, repair, and maintain aerial and ground systems. Independently plan and execute assigned activities, collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure successful completion. Follow company procedures and protocols and provide feedback for improvement.
